Level Select:
Highlight either the "R-Type" or "R-Type 2" options at the title screen.
Quickly press L2 10 times then R2 10 times. Begin gameplay and press
START to access the "Stage Select" and FMV sequences within the menu
options. Choose your stage and then press X to begin.
Slow Down Ship:
Pause gameplay in R-Type or R-Type 2. Hold L2 and press Right, Up, Right,
Up, Down, Left, Down, Left, X.
Speed Up Ship:
Pause gameplay in R-Type or R-Type 2. Hold L2 and press Right, Up, Right,
Up, Down, Left, Down, Left, Circle.
