Bonus Samurai:
At the intro screen, wait until the close-up of the fighter's eyes fades
out. Then on the screen where the fighter is cutting down tress, press
SELECT four times. If done correctly, you'll hear a chime. There will
then be three extra characters to choose from on the player select screen.
